Houda is dedicated to delivering exceptional psychological services to her clients. With her extensive experience across clinical, forensic, and developmental contexts, she offers a wide range of psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions.
Houda has worked extensively in both public and private sectors, serving diverse youth and adult populations facing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, grief, and more.
Houda employs a range of evidence-based treatment techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of her clients. Her primary treatment modalities include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).
Beyond individual therapy, Houda is proficient in conducting comprehensive forensic assessments, and facilitating group therapy sessions. She has presented and addressed mental health topics at local community events. Her diverse skill set allows her to address a wide range of psychological needs.

Houda acknowledges the importance of incorporating clients’ individual belief systems into the therapeutic process. As a practitioner of the Islamic faith, she is sensitive to the role of spirituality and can integrate it when it aligns with her clients’ needs and preferences, which can provide additional support and guidance during therapy. Houda is also bilingual and counts Arabic as her second language. This allows her to serve and effectively communicate with Arabic-speaking individuals, ensuring they receive culturally sensitive and meaningful psychological support.
