Kerolos Saad

Provisional Psychologist

Kerolos is a warm and dedicated provisional psychologist committed to helping clients build resilience, insight, and meaningful change. He works with children, adolescents, adults, and families, tailoring his approach to each client’s needs and goals. With a strong focus on relationships—including those between siblings, families, and partners—he recognises the central role of connection in mental health and wellbeing.

His therapeutic style draws primarily on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) while integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic principles. Kerolos also uses a strengths and values-based approach, helping clients align with what matters most to them. Guided by unconditional positive regard, he creates a safe, inclusive environment where clients feel understood and supported.

Kerolos has experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, anxiety, mood difficulties, learning challenges, and obsessive-compulsive difficulties. He also has extensive assessment expertise, including cognitive, academic, behavioural, and autism assessments using tools such as the WISC-V, WIAT-III, ADOS-2, Conners-4, and ABAS-3.

Fluent in Arabic, Kerolos values culturally sensitive practice and believes strong rapport is the cornerstone of successful therapy.

Kerolos holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Macquarie University and a Master of Professional Psychology from Federation University.

He is a registered provisional psychologist with AHPRA, and has passed the National Psychology Examination and is completing the final requirements for full registration with AHPRA.
